A fully functioning retro styled metronome.
With no ads, no subscriptions and no data collection.

Retronome was specifically designed to play a consistent beat, within a user selectable range of 40 to 208 BPM.
Perfect beat loops with zero latency, unlike some other Android metronomes.

Tick Tock
Start the metronome by swiping your finger over the rod in the direction you wish it to start playing or simply by pressing the start/stop button.
You can stop the metronome by putting your finger in the way of the moving rod or, again, by pressing the start/stop button.

Easily Change BPM
Move the rod weight with your finger or use the buttons next to the digital readout to change the beats per minute.

Accent The Beat
Select to accent the beat or not. You can add an accent to every beat or on any beat number up to 36 (set to 4 by default, 4/4 time).

Change The Sounds
Select from 4 different high quality sound sets, Retro (tick tock), Digital (blips), Wood Blocks or Real Drum Sounds.

Half and Triplet Beats
Enable or disable HALF or TRIPLET beats to play extra sounds in between the selected beats per minute. This can help a lot when playing slow songs. Using a combination of HALF or TRIPLET beats along with the BPM and ACCENT settings, you can get Retronome to provide you with the exact type of timing you need.

Flash
Enable the flash feature by pressing the FLASH button if you require extra visual aid for your timing. This feature can be especially useful if you are using Retronome at a low volume.
You can change the flash brightness and flash colour in the menu.

Pinch Zoom
Zoom the metronome in and out using a Pinch Zoom gesture or by using the on screen +/- buttons.
For greater accessibility when Zooming out quite far, another set of on screen controls will appear above the now smaller metronome. These extra controls can be hidden if desired. The metronome can also be hidden completely by selecting HIDE in the settings on the main menu.

Retronome will save all your settings when quitting or minimising the app.

CAUTION: Don't use the flash feature at high BPM if you suffer, or have ever suffered, with photosensitivity (sensitive to flashing or strobing lights)

NOTE: This is not a scientific measurement tool. Accurate to within 0.07ms (3 samples at 44.1Khz) per triplet beat, at the BPM selected. Loop accuracy varies according to the selected BPM. All loops are consistent.
